The aroma is fresh and lactic acidic 😀 The light rice flavor with a slight bitterness is asserted in the mouth, and a refreshing acidity lingers 😚👍✨The sharpness is good and it goes in smoothly 🥳. The fourth one is tenzaru, which I had at Kusabue-san in Ueda after a year's absence. Even the normal amount of soba was too much for Kusabue-san 😘Adding walnut sauce and hanpen tempura, we chose the course that confirmed our hunger 😇Kusabue-san was very satisfied 🥰.

@Mizuhashi, good evening 🌃😀. My first visit to Ueda in a year brought back fond memories. Miyajima, Okubo, Okazaki, Kusabue...I went around Maecin's holiday route a year ago. Ueda was still good 💕😘💕.
