This is my first time to taste Tasake. I had never encountered this sake before, but I went a little out of my way to buy it. Great expectations 😄.
I bought this chutoro sak of southern bluefin tuna when I went back to Shizuoka. Today I'm having a tuna bowl with it. I'm going to eat something extravagant and finally this baby that was in the fridge.
It has a refreshing sweetness, and the bitterness follows it. This is so good. I would go out of my way to buy this brand again.

I see that you drank Tazake (rice wine). ⁉︎ It was even more delicious than I expected. I heard that you were not able to take a picture of the bottle, but it seems to be a relatively new brand that changes relatively little at authorized dealers. I hope there is one near you....
