I drank a light glass of "Chiyomusubi" opened the other day to finish it off 🍶.
However, it seems I drank more than I thought I would and I was a little short on sake, so I got out my stock of one-cup sake and had a second glass 😁.

I had a sense of déjà vu about the Akirika Bambi Cup that Aladdin gave me a while back, and my doubts were finally put to rest when I found this in the sake section of my local supermarket ✨.
I kept it at room temperature so I could compare it at room temperature and hot sake 😋.

Aroma of plump rice with alkaloids, umami, and a sweet finish with a firm alkaloids sweetness, and a sweet aftertaste.

Plump, full-bodied umami, sweetness from the alky sauce, and a pleasant lingering aftertaste as it heats up.
The temperature for heating up is 50°.
The heat of the hot sake and the sweetness of the arugula go well together to sublimate the acidity and umami of the sakimaba.

I left a cup of "Aki-Rika", so I took a picture of it with "Wakarika".
If you compare the two, the design is totally different, though the touch of the picture is similar 💡.

You can also put the bottle directly into hot water to heat it up ✨.

I thought they were just different colors, but "Autumn Deer" has antlers and "Young Deer" is a fawn ✨.
