Today is the weekend, so we're drinking at home ♡♡♡.
The sake in my fridge is running out, so I went out and bought quite a bit this week (lol).
We managed to stock 5 bottles in the fridge (*^^*)
Jikin", "Saku", "Juku", "Kurouemon Juroku", and "Senkou".
And today, we opened a bottle of "Sharaku".
Sharaku is also very stable.
The aroma is fruity and melon like.
The taste is a refreshing fruity finish with a clean sweetness.
It is wonderful that the sweetness in the mouth disappears quickly. The sourness is just right for the sweetness to disappear. There is no bitterness at all. This is the kind of beer that goes down smoothly (laughs).
If I'm not careful, I'll drink too much.
