Today I went to Suzu City for work 🚗³₃The temperature at the site was hot at 27℃🥵, so I chose a sake from Hokkaido, which is supposed to be cooler. I had my first Chitose Tsuru.
The aroma is mild and not too much 🤔The mouthfeel is smooth and goes in smoothly 😊The balance between gentle sweetness and refreshing sourness 😆👍The sharpness is also good and goes in easily 😚.
It's a refreshing✨ and delicious sake 🥰I got a little bit of coolness from the north country 😘.
