Went to a year-end party with friends at Shima & Coffee & Sake's "Small Cuisine" event (4).
After enjoying a pre-sake "Hana-yosu", I thought it was time to finish the party, so I chose this dish as the last one 🍶.
I chose this as the last sake 🍶 "Amezure Sake Kaiyoshi Namaishu".
Aroma of mellow lactobacillus and hidden fruity flavor, weak gasiness, lactobacillus sweetness, and a clean and refreshing aftertaste.
I did it! I was able to drink this again this year🤩.
It's a marriage made in heaven when paired with the aforementioned [egg roll with seiko crab and kujo leek] 😋.
I was able to meet with drunken sake again this year 🥰.
Last but not least, Shima-san brewed us a cup of coffee ☕.
I wished him a happy new year, and he invited me to join him for a countdown event.

As Aladdin explained to me, this is a PB product between "Rainfall" and [Sakebase] 🥰.
The bottle is very unique and won a design award last year ✨️
