I don't recognize the aroma. Gentle mouthfeel, with a hint of gas. There is a bit of lees.
Unlike the previous Tsukiyoshino, this time the umami is stronger. It has a nice sharpness and finishes well👍.
Slightly dry, but easy to drink and delicious 😊.
