Sake I just bought, drink at home immediately😄.
When I opened the bottle 🍾, there was a puffing sound until the very last minute.
It was just about to blow up, making a shwish-shwish-shwish sound 🍾⤴️
When poured into a glass, it has a cloudy white color 🤍.
The aroma is yogurt-like 🥂.
In the mouth,
It's here❗️ sparkling😆
The sweetness and acidity swell up for a moment, and then it goes away, but the lingering rice flavor lingers on the tongue for a surprisingly long time 🌾.
The 90% milled rice ratio does the trick 👍
I enjoy it as an aperitif 🍾 with my usual Hokkaido Camembert cheese🧀. ❗️
