Imadeya hanpukai November is here! Mutsu Hachisen! I forgot about the hanpukai when I bought Nouveau last time. 🤣. This time it seems to be "brewed with shochu yeast". I don't know about last time. 🤣 I've been having a lot of trouble lately, so I can't do without sake! So I opened the bottle. The aroma is unknown, as usual, due to a stuffy nose. I wondered what the yeast for shochu was like, but no, it was rich, sweet, and bitter. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a tingling sensation, then a bitter taste, and then a rich sweet taste that swells up in your mouth! 😋 Normally I don't like overly rich sweetness, but I don't mind it at all! It's nice to see how many different breweries are trying their best to make different kinds of sake through trial and error 😆👍 Thank you again for the food!
