Second drink at standing chuin after YOMOYAMA NAGANO in OSAKA.
This is a comparison of Omachi and Houou Mita.
This is the first time to drink Houou Mita and Omachi.
The aroma is clear and fruity, and the rice aroma is like freshly pounded rice cake.
The taste is fruity with a bitterness running through it.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a lot of flavor.
After drinking a lot of Nagano sake, which has a beautiful aroma and taste, it was interesting to see the difference between Nagano and Tochigi sake.
I tried to drink as much as possible at the event, but I still drank some of the best sake, and there were a lot of them, so I ended up with only 2 sakes at chuin😅.
It was a day full of sake 😊.
