This is a sake that has been on my to-do list for some time.
I got the pink label of San'in Togo before, and was surprised by its strong acidity and umami, and wondered if I was getting it right. I wanted to review it again, so I got the black label, which seemed to be the gentlest.
When I bought it by mail order, my partner asked me if I had ordered the wrong bottle. I asked her if she ordered the wrong bottle. No, it's not wrong!
The aroma is more mature than that of Umezu.
Drinking it at room temperature, it has a rich, mellow flavor, but not sweet, with a full-bodied brown sugar-like flavor and just the right amount of acidity.
It is also served hot.
It is soft and light in the mouth, and the combination of sourness and umami with a hint of sweetness is delicious.
This sake is easy to drink because it is watered down.
I wonder if I can try the Butsuboho again.
Recently, I have been enjoying this sake as if I were drinking coffee after a meal, sipping it and getting stuck in ^ ^.
