Yoohee and I got off at Motomachi and went to a liquor store in the mountains to look around, then went to Asano-san.
I was curious about Towashi's spring sake, so I tasted it with the intention of buying it.
It was like the muscat flavor of Towashi with an added banana-ness.
It seems they use a yeast that produces an isoamyl type aroma unlike the previous ones.
It's delicious, and I was torn, but I don't see a big difference between it and the previous Juuishi, so I bought a different sake.
I didn't expect to see you again the week after the offline meeting, but we had a lot of fun in a short time 😊.

Me too, but you secretly exchanged drinks offline 😁 I don't think they are exactly the same since the yeast is different, but I don't think I noticed any drastic difference 🤔.
