Sake bought in Odawara, No. 4
It seems to be a very limited edition sake produced in very small quantities.
From my daughter who said she wanted to move.
She wanted to go to a real estate agent.
My wife, Fuku, and I went to see her.
We did a little shopping until our appointment.
We went separately for lunch and had ramen 🍜✌️ by myself.
I had a Jiro-like ramen 😁.
(I knew it was a bit different from Jiro 🥲)
We had a look at the property,
For dinner, my wife wanted to go to Yakiniku King!
Lunch and dinner were heavy 😱.
We went home and drank Takashi with cheese 🧀.
It has a little bit of a hint
from the fresh mouthfeel.
A hint of sweetness and umami.
The aftertaste is crisp and dry with a sour aftertaste.
I thought it was a good sake for a meal, and finished it in one gou.
On the third day after opening the bottle, after a night shift, we had it with dinner.
After all, it is best with a meal 👍.
I had a few bottles of Takashi on hand,
I would like to try a different Takashi 😊.
We lost to South Korea and finished 2nd in the qualifying round.
Our opponent in the quarterfinals is Qatar.
Totally away 😭
