I had to work on Saturday due to a problem, and on Sunday I had to go to work due to a tight deadline... It's Monday, but it already feels like Wednesday. 😵💫
After work on Sunday, I had a glass of ICHIHAKUSUISEI's Sunday Back Nine ⛳️
Sunday back nine is a coined golf term for the final hole that decides the outcome of the game. Hoho 🤔... I'm not sure what to think. I was like, "What the heck?" and took a sip anyway.
It's not a mildly fruity sweetness like the blue label, but a refreshing sweetness of rice.
I was completely surprised at the difference since I had an image of Blue Label.
It's not that I don't like it, it's just that it's refreshing and easy to drink.
I think it tastes even better in the summer.
I'm also glad that it's under 2,000 yen because it's good for my wallet👍
Thank you very much!

Good evening Mr. Ofuji😊.
I drank Isshaku Suisei a few times myself, it wasn't bad but it was not so refreshing 😅I wonder if that's the quality of sake in general 🤔.

Good evening, bouken🌛.
I know everyone has their own strike zone!
It is indeed a taste that disappears quickly.
Do you prefer it a little drier or more umami?

Good evening, young man.
I've only been able to drink a little of the other labels.
I heard from my parents that they often sell it, but I haven't seen it very often...
It's not that strong, so it seems to go well with light flavors!

I think I prefer the more umami 🤔.
Dry is also possible as long as it's not too dry 😁.
