What is the best sake for this year's closing?
After much thought, I decided on this one, which I drank at an izakaya the other day and found to be outstandingly delicious.
Takachiyo.
This is similar to the "Sanzui" I drank yesterday.
The main difference is that the acidity is not as strong.
I guess my taste is biased....
I have encountered many delicious sake this year.
Thank you very much!
Next year, too, I want to put my health first and enjoy many encounters with sake with my wife.
