A limited edition sake brewed by the long-established Matsuzaki Sake Brewery is now in stock. This is a Junmai Ginjo-shu made with Yamadanishiki, a rare sake rice other than Yume-no-Kou in Hirotogawa, and it is a great example of Matsuzaki Shuzo's technology and the individuality of Yamadanishiki.
When the cork is uncorked, a rich, sweet aroma of melon and flower honey wafts through the air. In the mouth, the aroma spreads quickly, and the rich sweetness and umami can be fully enjoyed.
