This is my second sake from Sasaki Shuzo (Kuranosuke Sasaki's family and his younger brother is the successor) after Koto ✌️.
I've always had a good image of Koto as an easy-drinking sake, so I naturally went for Jurakudai as well 👋.
The taste is fresh and full of umami ✨.
The aroma is mild.
The aroma is mild, but that makes it easy to pair with food.
The thickness is just right, so you won't get tired of drinking it.
I never get tired of drinking it.
