Sweet, juicy and well balanced✨
It's fire-roasted, but it has a slight chilli flavor.
The aroma is citrusy and fresh, but the umami comes at the same time, so it's indescribably delicious...‼️
The sweet aftertaste is also pleasant ✨.
It's great with Yose-nabe!
