Kabishin Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake
At a major liquor store, I was curious about the label and the pop-up saying it was made with Okayama Prefecture's Hakuto yeast, so I checked the date and bought it.
I bought it with the date in mind. I had it cold.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound.
The aroma is a little fruity and alu aroma.
The store's pop-up said it had a fresh and fruity aroma with a hint of peach 🤔.
On the palate, a slight sweetness spreads on the tongue with a zing.
After swallowing, the aroma that passes through the nose is a fruity sweet aroma, and as it is, the taste slowly shifts to sweet and bitter on the tongue.
The sweetness and bitterness are quite good.
Although it is white peach yeast, the taste is not juicy like a peach, but slightly sweet and gradually sweet and bitter.
Is the aroma still white peach-like? 🤔.

Alcohol content:16%.
