勉強中I was going to drink this sake in March, but my wife prepared yuzu miso with yellowtail and I wanted to drink sake, so it moved up 😆 It is fresh and light with just the right amount of gas. It has a fruity aroma but I can't come up with an example. The kids smelled the aroma and said it was an apple 🍎! but when they say "apple", it just feels like an apple.
The second day is more mellow and tasty. The bitterness that comes after is offset by the cheese, and it goes well with cheese 🙆. If it comes down to personal preference, I liked it second only to Oumine 😊.
This will keep me sober for a while and ready for the dog. I will continue to read and like👍 your posts. Your posts make me want to drink, but I hope I can resist😅.
