☀️ Apparently there is some kind of store that sells a lot of single bottles. If you hear a rumor like that, you have to go 😎. Departure🛫. The store was attached to a certain hotel and quietly operating. When I entered the store, I found that there were not so many single bottles lined up 😅... 😅. When I asked the hotel receptionist, he told me that they only have what they have and that they will close the store when they sell out. It's a pity and a sad thing that the store where I collected Ippongi bottles is going to disappear 😭. I bought a bottle of Dharma Masamune to commemorate the occasion 🍶It cost 3,600 yen for a single bottle, so I thought "what the heck ⁉️" but it was aged 20 years💦. When I tipped the bottle, the color 🟤 of the sake was transferred to the bottle😅. I've never seen this phenomenon before... This should not be opened with ease😅. I decided to keep it at the back of the shelf for further aging 🤩. Instead, I remembered the Dharma Masamune 10 years aged I drank before and reviewed it: ❗️ Sticky honey-like sweetness🍯. A heavy alcohol taste 🍶. The more you sip, the more umami you get 🧐. It's the sake that made me think that matured sake is not so bad despite its heavy taste 🤗.

Good evening... I am also further aging old sake, and when I looked at it for a moment, there was indeed a color transfer on the bottle, although not as bad as that Dharma Masamune! I was a little happy to see it for the first time too!

Good evening, Shinjo😄. Thank you for your comment 🙏. I see that the old wine there also had a color shift: ❗️ I'm glad to see that it's showing its age, but on the other hand, I'm afraid it's too good to drink 😅.

Hello Hiro-san! I was introduced to this restaurant in a previous edition of "Bar Houki" and was hoping to visit when I go to Kanto 😅I'm sorry to hear it's closed.

Good evening, bouken! I'm sure there are management issues, but it's sad to see the sight of all those single bottles lined up in a row disappear 😢. I hope it will come back again 🙏.
