During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.

I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
I found a supermarket nearby that sells a lot of local sake, so here's what I got!
The price is reasonable, just a little over 1,000 yen for the bottle itself!
I was attracted by the fact that it came in a box, so I brought it home with me!
Let's get started!
I don't know enough about Saitama sake to talk about it, but it has an aroma of grain-derived sweetness that is common to all Saitama sake.
The impression is still the same when you taste it.
Rich sweetness and umami like brown sugar.
There is also a slight sourness.
I can hardly taste bitterness, but I think it is honestly delicious👍.
