The brewers tried their best to make it into a product by trial and error. ‼️

Morojoujou" ("various circumstances").
The naming is graceful, and I bought it to witness their hard work 😆.
Now, how does it taste after being revived from the trouble⁉️
I had it right away 🥂.
First of all, the aroma.
It has a sour aroma that makes you think it has a strong sour taste.
When you put it in your mouth, it is very sweet! It's a sweetness that makes you think it's something artificial 💦.
In the latter half, the pungent taste of the alky sauce comes out strongly, but the unusual sweetness and the pungent taste of the alky sauce cancel each other out and become sharp.
No gassy sensation.

Every time I drink it, the abnormal sweetness that tries to cover the spiciness of the alsozome gets heavier and heavier...
I can't sip at all😥.

It was not at all like the dawn of Sakasui, it was not my favorite sake with a strong alsodenated taste 😭 but it is a taste that you can feel the effort! I'm sure there are lots of people who like it ☝️
