I heard that GW is in town 🙄.
Today is my day off, but I'm working regardless of GW 😥.
After muscle training 💪, I rushed to the liquor store 🧺 to buy some drinks for dinner.
To the liquor store ((((((((((( and boom 🚘️
I went to the sake drinking wonderland 🎡.
I immediately asked, "Do you have any Tobiroki?"
And the only one they had was Junmai Daiginjo.
I thought the owner was always in an awkward mood to talk to me, but he told me all sorts of crazy things 👏👏.
At the fish shop 🐟️, I had my favorite fish, okoze and amaebi (sweet shrimp).
The sweet shrimp is the last basket, so I'll give you a discount 🩷.
The fishmonger's brother is handsome👨👍️

Smooth on the palate.
The rice flavor is full-bodied,
But the acidity and bitterness are moderately mild,
It is a well-balanced sake 😋💕.
It's hard for me to describe.
Not dry...medium dry? Sweet spicy? Medium dry?

Sometimes I have meat 🥩 to serve, but I tend to choose fish 🐟️ because I feel like I can't go wrong ✨.
There are some drinks I'm not sure I like, but right now, I'm more impressed 😋.

Okoze is light and when sashimi, it has a chewy texture similar to fugu 🎵I love fried bone crackers 😋💕(only for eating out though 😓)
