I saw the label "Super dry Junmai Daiginjo..." and I was afraid 🫣.
The aroma is mild and dry, but the umami is also very tasty and seems to be good as a mid-meal drink. The flavor combined with ingredients such as pickled mackerel (heshiko), puffer fish roe, and bonito went well with the sake. 👍🏻

Kinkonkan❗️ went well with Kurata-san's knob 🤗

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃I would normally be too scared to try the ultra-hot sake or the fugu no ko (blowfish roe), but as one would expect from the Kenmin Kai, they have a great selection 😋 and the taste doubled with the accompanying food, so it was a match made in heaven 😋 👍🏻
