The best food and drink in the country.
It's a Junmai Ginjo but the aroma of the rice is stronger than the fruity 🤔
It's a great way to start the day!
Where did the glamour go? (lol)
But it has a deep and solid flavor, so
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good one.
It was a small 300ml bottle so I drank it up fast😅.

With the exception of Akatake, most of the sake breweries in Iwate tend to be more food friendly 😋

It's a bit uncomfortable for me 😅.
It's also my first time in a sake brewery so small bottles are handy😁.
