Today, Kaorin and I took a paid holiday and came to Yamazaki Town in Hyogo Prefecture 😀. Walking Trip 10 There is a place called Mogamiyama (最上山), also known as Momijiyama (もみじ山), which is famous for its autumn leaves in Kansai, but in fact it has been a famous sake brewing area for a long time 🍁🍶. There is a street called "Sake Brewery Street" where Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery, both famous for Banshu Issen, are located diagonally across from each other. First, Banshu Issen 😀. Looking in the fridge, I saw some strange sake in addition to the sake I usually see in the store😅. The store owner told us that in addition to the sake for the distributors, they also have sake for local distribution 😀. This is the first time I've seen this sake, a nigori (nigoromi) of Honjozo sake 🤣. It's completely different from Banshu Issen's usual nigori, but it's delicious 😀. We took this and one more bottle of locally distributed Junmai as souvenirs for ourselves 😀.

Good evening, Yasube-san 🌇. I bought the cloisonne series at a liquor store in Kanazawa on Wednesday😄. The brewery club activity sounds like fun 😃.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama! Recently, there are more and more restaurants attached to breweries that use fermented foods like sake breweries do, so I'm looking forward to eating there and looking for local limited edition sake😇.

Good morning, @Mizuhashi! I also liked Banshu Issen's Shippo series last year, so I bought it again this year, but when I go to the brewery, I'm more interested in the brewery's limited edition sake and locally distributed sake 🤣.
