Today I had a bit of a bad day and I was feeling a little cranky so I decided to let the booze solve it 😓.
So I'm setting off fireworks to change my mood 🌻.
The top notes are melon and white peach, not so strong.
When you take a sip, the same melon and white peach aroma as the top aroma spreads, then a slightly stronger acidity due to the summer sake, then an elegant sweetness and umami, and as the name suggests due to the low alcohol content of 11.5%, it is smooth and all of these are in good harmony 😊.
There is almost no gasiness and the bitterness at the end is not too much to worry about, so as the name suggests, it was very easy to drink ✨.
This is just my personal opinion, but I thought it tasted similar to Senkou's Kabutomushi, and I thought it was more refreshing with less gas and bitterness of Kabutomushi 🤔.
↑I know I'm repeating myself, but it's just my "personal" impression 😅

Good evening, Mr. Chirsta😄.
Did you have a successful fireworks display? I hope you feel better and refreshed and silky smooth...☺️ people live in many ways, but it's okay to turn to alcohol at such times 🥰I hope you can smile tomorrow ✨.

Good morning, ma-ki-😃.
I'm so glad that I was able to launch my depression on the fireworks ✨.
It's the perfect drink for this season because it's a refreshing drink with a sour taste that is unique to summer sake and it counteracts the humidity and uncomfortable heat 😊.
