Sake and Otsumami Chuin Shinmachi Store's November SAKE club "Tasting Aged Nama Sake". The seventh and last sake is also a 2019BY sake that has been aged for about 4 years. The seventh and final sake is Nabeshima New Moon Shiboritate Nama-zake Junmai Ginjo-Ginjo-Hara-Shu, aged for about 4 years in 2019BY. New Moon is by far the most popular of Nabeshima's seasonal sake. It's 4 years old for a first time drinker, I'm a maniac 😅. The exterior is crystal in color with a slight warmth. The aroma has a modest, shallow burnt, light woody aroma of aging, followed by a clean, fresh, fruity ginjo aroma. The palate is smooth, with a beautiful sweetness, umami, and acidity. The aftertaste and the hints of aroma are quite nutty. The aroma and taste of crushed nuts that remain on the palate are impressive! The most mature aftertaste of the day 😳 The owner also said that the Nabeshima was the most matured of all the bottles in the exhibition, and the changes in taste due to aging were the most noticeable. Well, that was interesting😄! The world of raw ripeness also seems to be deep 🤔. All 7 sakes in the S size set were 280ml 🍶. These kinky projects are on the second Saturday of every month, so I'll be back 😁. They were all delicious and a good tongue experience ☺️ It was a real treat 🍶.

Oh hey? It's the same NAVENABE timeline! But that one is completely different. I'm always fascinated by chuin's projects because they are so maniacal 🤤.

Good morning, sakelan😄This time with the theme of "raw ripeness" was especially maniacal 😁. The next saké club will be themed on "Aizan", so I think it will be relatively normal 🤔It's a stable and high-cost one from the lineup though 😎.
