Overall 9 (out of 10) December delivery of IMADEYA's Sake Subscription GUITTO I received this 😃. According to the description A harmony of beautiful sweetness, minerality and powerful umami. Juicy, elegant and wild. These are the key words👍. Delicious ❣️😋 It's not like a kijoshu. It's a little bit different from thick + sweet 👍 I see the keywords in the description again 😋🧐 and I think 😋👍 It has a beautiful sweetness and a strong flavor. And at the same time, I can feel a discreet but present rough taste 😋😋. I think I understand "wild taste" 🧐. I had it chilled. Pairing impressions were made by Pepho! Here are my personal impressions Aroma image. -Aroma: Weak ginjo aroma👍 -Aroma: Slight alcohol aroma that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel】→3 Smaller number = light Large number = rich (5 is the maximum)

Good evening, shinsaku3! It's very powerful 🤩It has a powerful umami and wild taste ‼️ and even rougher miscellaneous taste ‼️ I feel like this is an unknown sake that you have to drink to understand 🍶Pekho is also amazing for pairing it so beautifully 😍.

Hi shinsaku3 😃 I feel like there is a conflict between the wild taste of kijoshu 😳😅I would like to see and taste this stage ‼️ where the competition between the smooth and clean sweetness and the miscellaneous flavors that appear on the face!

Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃. Yes, it was a strange taste that I experienced for the first time 😅. Or maybe it would have been less strange if it was a normal sake instead of a kijoshu 😅.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃. If you drink it expecting the thickening + sweetness of kijoshu, you'll get a totally different impression, it's like that ⁉️ 😅. But this co-starring was enough and it was delicious 😋.
