This will be my first Hokkaido sake.
There is almost no gasiness. I wonder if it is fire-aged.
I had an image of it being dry, but it is more fruity than I expected, and I can taste the sweetness and umami. There is not that much bitterness, and it finishes with a sharpness. I like it a lot 😊or rather, I like it a lot😊.
I want to drink the other series as well.

I don't often come across sake from Hokkaido, but it sounds refreshingly fruity and easy to drink ✨.
