Junmai barrel sake
All of the Hyakumoku sake tasted very good, and Alt.3 was a blend of the two, which gave it a complex flavor. I think this is the first time I've had a junmai ginjo.
I did not take a picture of the unfiltered sake because I brought it to the off-line meeting.
I think the Junmai Barrel Sake is spicier than the Barrel Sake in the cup.
But I would prefer this one if I drink it at home.
While we were stopping by, the governor of Hyogo Prefecture made an appearance.
