The one I drank the day after Xmas.
I'm going to be drinking in my hometown from tomorrow, so I'm going to have some leftover potato trees from Xmas and some sashimi from the supermarket.
It's a refreshing and fruity version of Jikan.
The complexity that is unique to Jikan is suppressed, but it's still Jikan 🤤.
I missed out on getting the fire-aged version of the Hachitanishiki, so I got my revenge with the raw version😊.
