Japanese sake
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 16%.
I bought it because one of the few Okutanba drinkers, haniwa56, said it was delicious. This sake is brewed by Mr. Takuo Aoki, a toji (master brewer) who grows his own sake rice.
It is delicious.
I thought it was a typical sake when drunk before a meal, but when drunk during a meal it was sweet, and when drunk after a meal it was crisp, which I thought was characteristic of Okutamba. Good luck to the Tamba Toji!
I can't help reading Taku as "Suguru" if you are a baseball fan 😅 even if you are a Hanshin fan.
I'm going to see my first farm game tomorrow. I'm surprised that it's so much smaller than the first team!

Good evening, Ane-san ^_^
You are a "monster", Mr. Taku Egawa, aren't you?
The taste of sake changes depending on the situation in which you drink it👍
I've been drinking Ichimonji sake lately, so I'd like to try this one too 😊.

Hi Ane. I was happy to see your comment about Takumami.
I hope you will continue to make delicious sake.
I also went to see a farm game at Koshien the other day. It was great to be able to see the game from a seat that I normally can't afford.

Good morning, Manta 😁.
I have a strong impression of Genichiro Takahashi and his show where he just keeps losing at horse races (who knows 🤣).
I'm sure the taste will be different depending on your physical condition and basically I want to make sure you are fully prepared 😊.

Good morning, haniwa56 😃.
I'm glad you told me about it because when I look at the online store lineup, I don't see it in the ICHIOKO section ☺️ I still have the wooden tag left.
I like the farm in Koshien 🐯 best!
