Tonight is 🎃Happy Halloween🎃, so I feel like drinking Jikin, which I have been putting down for a long time.

When I opened the bottle, I heard a short gas sound.
The top aroma is a sweet aroma reminiscent of elegant berries.
The color is clear and almost transparent.
The mouthfeel is juicy.
The taste is sweet with a slight grape or berry acidity and a rich brown sugar-like sweetness.
The aroma on the nose brings out the umami and emphasizes the deep flavor of Omachi, just as it was imagined.
The rich, mellow, deep sweetness and umami spread slowly across the tongue.
Oh, man...it's delicious!
I've had it in the fridge for more than half a year, but it's still delicious without any problems at all.
