Sake degree and sake rice are undisclosed.
Rich, fruity sweetness. Like muscat, like white wine. Not too sweet, but with a classic atmosphere.
It has a unique and interesting sweetness.
Okura also produces S.yedo, S.sake, and other pre-Association yeast sakes, but they are easier to drink than Okura.
