Our refrigerator is finally ready for summer sake now that the spring sake has been sorted out.
The world is talking about hiyaoroshi (cold sake) 💦.
This Umezumewata is a summer sake from Wataya, made from Hitomebore rice.
I was thinking about getting some summer cotton, and then I got a bottle of Umezumewata as a gift. It's quite a sight to behold😄.
It is indeed the finish of a cotton shop, so it is very good. Slightly sweet, but crisp at the end. Of course it would be delicious warmed up.
It was hot, so I'll drink it cold this time 😋.
I realized I didn't have a picture of the bottle after I removed the label, so the picture looks weird 😅Please forgive me 💦, it's really a nice, painterly label.
