The second bowl of Edoichi, after a long absence, was Chiyonomitsu.
A little sweetness and flavorful structure.
I think it is a very good brewery in Niigata.
The atmosphere of Edoichi is, once again, wonderful.
The U-shaped counter is prestigious, but also relaxing.
Although photography and cell phone calls are prohibited, the atmosphere is so nice that you don't even feel like fiddling with your cell phone.

I think Kazuhiko Ota's Tokyo "Izakaya Gosanke" were Edoichi, Shinsuke, and Kagiya.
The atmosphere and the heating up of the food is wonderful👍.
