[Sake that looks like it has wings 🕊️.
I had been a little put off by Akabu because I remembered it being somehow sweet and sour, but I bought it because it was my first time to try NEWBORN.
It has a slightly effervescent taste and a refreshing sweetness, but what is most characteristic is that there is almost no spiciness or bitterness when swallowing it. It is therefore very light and can be swallowed without any sticking points 😊.
I highly recommend this to anyone who likes light sake 😆.
However, I used to like this kind of sake quality myself, but lately I feel that this line of sake is a bit lacking 🤔.
I'd like a little more spiciness and bitterness in my drinking 😅.

Good morning, Chanmaya P. ☀️
I agree with you about the spicy and bitter taste at the end 😆👍That brings us to Hirotogawa in my opinion 🤣

Good morning, Chanmaya P. 😃
I used to think that AKABU is a very serious drink 🥰.
I always think AKABU is a serious sake when I drink it 🥰 but I wonder if I'm the only one who thinks it's too honourable and lacks fun 😅...
I have reviewed it before

T.KISO, I can understand why you would end up at Hirotogawa from that point of view 😆.
After all, the balance of sweet, sweet, bitter, spicy and sour is very important!

Rafa papa, yes! I think "too graceful" is an excellent way to describe it 😄.
I guess it's a matter of taste now, but I prefer a little more sake 👍.
