Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Ten no To's Ten Spicy ❣️ It is very dry with a sake degree of +18 🤣. And it's a 19 degree sake (lol). It's scary 😱((((; )))) But it's one of those bottles where you can feel the gusto and spiciness, but also the flavor of the rice: ❣️ As expected of Amanoto👏😊💕💕 The aroma is a little bit of alcohol smell lol When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami of sake rice and the spiciness 😆. After that, the acidity and astringency gradually appear, and the sweet umami of the rice (typical of Amanoto) gently envelopes the palate to give it a solid taste 💕. But at the end, the spiciness "hello😎" again! LOL! Sunday was a one-person meal, so I matched it with sashimi 🐟, etc. 😊. The sharp and dry taste is good. ❣️ By the way, I love mozuku vinegar 💕 I can eat a bowl of it all at once 🤣㊗️
