I had been curious about Wakabisu, which I had seen in Sake-no-wa, and bought it when I saw it at the first liquor store I went to.
The aroma was of grapes.
I am not sure if it is grape or not, but I think it is grape....
When you drink it, it has a gorgeous pichisuwa 🫧 fruity taste of grapes 🍇.
It finishes with a sweet flavor, followed by a refreshing bitter acidity.
It has a solid feeling, yet it is light, easy to drink, and delicious.
