I'm Manachie, morning at Komeda in the morning 😉⭐️
Ogura toast in the morning is delicious but sweet😇
I bought some Mikumari which is very popular at Sake-no-wa 😉.
I thought it was called Mimakuri, and I was thinking what I was looking all over the place, but I was wrong 😉 Tehepero.
It poured out very softly 🫧.
I don't think it has much of a scent.
It's quite a shwishy mouthfeel🫧🫧.
It has a strong grapey sweetness, but the schwashiness keeps it in check, and the sharpness from the acidity masks the sweetness, making the overall finish dry.
Delicious in a modern way😋.
Stand-alone or palate-cleansing sake position?
I don't think it goes well with food, but if you dare, I think it would be good with sour sauces. I think it would be good with sour sauces, like tonkatsu with sauce 🐖.
I personally would like to see a little more umami since the main flavors are sweet, sour and sour, but I guess it's just a matter of taste. ☺️

Hi Manachy 😃.
I see it all around 😆 It sure is heavy duty 🤣.
I know it doesn't look like Mida, but this is really a good one that can stand on its own 🤗.

Jay & Nobby, the word Mikumari is too unfamiliar to me to begin with🤣I prefer the usual Mida-chan ‼️ well, it's a matter of taste ‼️
