Kawanakajima Genmai Kinmonishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Kawanakajima Genmai is one of my top 3 favorite sake in Nagano Prefecture, but it is getting harder and harder to buy,
It's a delicious sake, but I'm thankful that I can drink it even a little bit!
Kinmon-nishiki is Nagano Prefecture's rice suitable for sake brewing, and I love the balance between fruity and crisp, with a bitter aftertaste!
Kawanakajima Genmai was also an exceptionally tasty sake!
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 16%.
