One of my juniors from college came to Sapporo.
We decided to have a drink together and went to Fukurokuju, a restaurant recommended by my friend.
It's very popular these days and it's hard to get a reservation.
The manager managed to get us a table for the two of us.
Time flew by as we talked about nostalgic topics and recent topics of interest.
My junior drinks something other than sake.
And I drink sake as usual!
The manager left me a bottle of sake, telling me to drink it all as there was very little left!
I've been drinking a lot of Kure and CEL Ura recently!
This Hanakappa is new to me!
A little bit of ooze!
It's a bit spicy on the palate.
But it's a refreshing summer sake!
I felt it is the standard of Kochi sake!
I finished two glass cups of sake!

Kure Hana Kappa, this is a summer sake. It was a very Kochi-like sake. Personally, I prefer CEL Urara♪
