I bought this one because I knew I had to drink it 😆‼️ and it goes well with Kentucky, so I went out of my way to buy a Kentucky after work and then opened the bottle 🍗.
Top Clarification
The aroma is a bit sour, which is common in Dobrok!
From the shuwashu, the sourness of doburoku! The light bitterness quickly clears up. The top clear sake alone is good!
Stir it in.
The rice has a strong flavor, a hint of sweetness like rum, and the sourness and bitterness of the doburoku quickly cut through!
It's so good 🤣The rice is still perfectly crumbly, so it's a bit like drinking while eating, and it has a nice dobrok feeling 🌾.
The sweetness, umami, sourness, and bitterness come in nice waves, making it an interesting and delicious sake with a lot of complexity 🍶.

I thought it would go well with some kind of sour snack, so I rummaged around in the fridge and tried cream cheese and avocado wrapped in prosciutto and dipped in French dressing 🥑.
I think this one goes better for me personally 🤔.
