After enjoying the marriage of delicious sushi and Fukui's local sake, we wanted some more sake, so we went to a nearby restaurant called Don Chaya (🚶).
I looked around the cellar to see what to drink and found a drunken one, so I got this one to start my day 🍶.
Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Sake Nama
Then my friend and I had a toast at Zeke's Jigokin 🥂.
The aroma of full rice, the taste of mellow sweetness, and the finish is so pleasant that you can relax!
I wasn't really aware of the "Nigorin Pic" that is so popular in the Sakegawa area, but I've been drinking a lot of nigori sake this season 🤔.

［Donjaya] has the best selection of sake in the downtown area, so they have a wide variety of sake, from the standard to the precious to the weird 😁.
They also have a wide variety of entrées 🥰.
