I retired from my position at the end of March, and my regular drinking buddies held a party to celebrate my retirement. This time, we brought our own sake to an all-you-can-drink restaurant, which was a bit of a luxury, or rather, a consolation party, and this was a bottle from Fushimi, a major sake brewery in Kyoto. The sake rice "Celebration" from Kyoto, yeast, and Kyo-no-Koto. The yeast is from Kyoto and the water is from Fushimi.
Mild apple aroma. It is gentle. Smooth, with a hint of sweetness. A refreshing aftertaste. It is a sake that makes the most of food. Thanks to my friends. There are two more bottles.
