We got it again this year 😍Tasake's Yamahai brewing 😍.
The aroma after opening the bottle has no alcohol smell, etc., but I can hardly smell any standing aroma!
No change from last year's 1/4 check in 💦.
Other things have not changed much either.
The aroma in the mouth and through the nose is not gorgeous, but it is simple and gentle... and most importantly, it is the best sake for a meal because of its soft texture and sharpness!
And the best part is that it is soft and crisp on the tongue, making it perfect as a food sake!
It is delicious lukewarm.

It stopped by the time I went to the office and there was almost no snow on the roads, so I'm glad, but it's cold 🥶.
