At standing drinking CHUIN in the past days.
(This is a staggered post.)
Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake🍶.
It was almost at the bottom of the bottle, but I was thankful to have it because I did not expect to have nigori from Hirotogawa at this time of the year.
The appearance was that of gas bubbles flowing on the grains of tailings.
The aroma is gorgeous and fresh even at the bottom of the bottle.
The aroma is fresh and sweet, like the cut ends of pears and freshly cut apples.
The taste is sweet, with a refreshingly gentle acidity that passes through while giving a sense of the deliciousness of the rice.
The stimulation of gas is very subtle.
From there, the acidity quickly spreads with a thick umami flavor and finishes off.
Wow, it is still delicious.
Finished quickly and moved on to the next sake.

Good morning, Aladdin!
I see you've been putting [chuin] to sleep until this time of the year 💡.
I finally got myself a bottle of "Hirotogawa" and will open it soon so I can drink it at home for the first time 🥰.

Hi Jive, hello here too😃.
I'm so jealous that you get to drink home a schwirling Hirotogawa nigori when it gets this hot 🤤.
I look forward to you checking in: ☺️
