When I visited Sanyo Hai Shuzo, the brewer of Banshu Ikkyo last year, I bought this sake at the brewer's shop.
I bought this sake at the brewer's store 😀.
I went to the store after walking around the park behind the brewery, which is famous for its autumn leaves 😀.
Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery sold Banshu Ikkyo for the whole country, Sennen no Wisteria, which is a local limited edition sake, and Kaede no Shizuku, which is a local limited edition sake.
The aroma was a bit sweet and sour with a hint of ginjo aroma 😀.
In the mouth, the basic base flavor was the usual Banshu Issen flavor, but it was more clean and clear 😀.
I would like to visit the brewery and buy this sake again eventually 😀.

Hi Yasbay 😃!
Hi Yasubeyesan 😃Oh! The brewery limited ‼️ has a very atmospheric appearance that I think we would like 😋.
And I like the short and thick bottle compared to Shinshu Kamerei 😄.

Hi Yasube, 🌞I have to take my hat off to you for your great energy even though you are so far away from this storehouse. ☺️ I had an image of it being massive, but it looks beautiful and delicious 🤤.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Just hearing that it's a brewery exclusive or a local exclusive makes it sound special and makes it taste even better 😇.
In the past, Banshu Ikkyo used to have an image of being dry, but that image is changing more and more 🤣.

Hi Nao888 😀
There is a highway bus from a bus stop near our house to Yamazaki, where the brewery is located, so I have the impression that it is quite close.
There is also the Old Pine Sake Brewery nearby, so we can visit two breweries at once 😇.
And you can drink on the bus 🤣.
